On considère la matrice A=(12i−i1)∈M2(C)A = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix} \in \mathcal{M}_2(\mathbb{C}).
Question 1

Calculer l'expression de A2−2A−I2A^2 - 2A - I_2.

Correction
On a :
∙  A=(12i−i1)\bullet \,\, A = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix}
∙∙  A2=A×A=(12i−i1)×(12i−i1)=(34i−2i3)\bullet \bullet \,\, A^2 = A \times A = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix} \times \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} 3 & 4i \\ -2i & 3 \end{pmatrix}
Donc :
A2−2A−I2=(34i−2i3)−2(12i−i1)−(1001)=(34i−2i3)+(−2−4i2i−2)+(−100−1)A^2 - 2A - I_2 = \begin{pmatrix} 3 & 4i \\ -2i & 3 \end{pmatrix} - 2\begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix} - \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} 3 & 4i \\ -2i & 3 \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix} -2 & -4i \\ 2i & -2 \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix} -1 & 0 \\ 0 & -1 \end{pmatrix}
Soit :
A2−2A−I2=(1001)+(−100−1)=(0000)A^2 - 2A - I_2 = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix} -1 & 0 \\ 0 & -1 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 0 \end{pmatrix}
Ainsi :
A2−2A−I2=O2A^2 - 2A - I_2 = \mathcal{O}_2
    Polynômes annulateurs d’une matrice carrée
  • Soit A∈Mn(K)A \in \mathscr{M}_n \left(\mathbb{K}\right) .
Question 2

Correction
    Distributivité du produit par rapport à la somme.
  • A⋅(B+C)=AB+AC\red{A}\cdot\left(B+C\right)=\red{A}B+\red{A}C et (B+C)⋅A=BA+CA\left(B+C\right)\cdot \red{A}=B\red{A}+C\red{A}
  • On a :
    A2−2A−I2=O2   ⟺   A2−2A=O2+I2   ⟺   A⋅A−2⋅A⋅I2=I2   ⟺   A(A−2I2)=I2A^2 - 2A - I_2 = \mathcal{O}_2 \,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\, A^2 - 2A = \mathcal{O}_2 + I_2 \,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\, \red{A}\cdot\red{A} - 2\cdot\red{A}\cdot I_2 = I_2 \,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\, \red{A}(A-2I_2) = I_2
    Donc :
    A×(A−2I2)=I2\red{A} \times (A-2I_2) = I_2
    Matrice inversible
    • Soit A∈Mn(K)A \in \mathscr{M}_n \left(\mathbb{K}\right) .
      A−1=BA^{-1}=B
      .
    A−1=A−2I2A^{-1} = A-2I_2

    Question 3

    Déterminer l'expression de la matrice inverse A−1A^{-1}.

    Correction
    On a :
    A−1=A−2I2   ⟺   A−1=(12i−i1)−2(1001)   ⟺   A−1=(12i−i1)+(−200−2)A^{-1} = A-2I_2 \,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\, A^{-1} = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix}-2\begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 \end{pmatrix} \,\,\, \Longleftrightarrow \,\,\, A^{-1} = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 2i \\ -i & 1 \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix} -2 & 0 \\ 0 & -2 \end{pmatrix}
    Finalement on obtient :
    A−1=(−12i−i−1)A^{-1} = \begin{pmatrix} -1 & 2i \\ -i & -1 \end{pmatrix}
