Pour chacune des fonctions ff proposées, déterminer la fonction dérivée f′f'.
Question 1

Soit x∈ ]2 ; +∞[ ⟼f(x)=x2−1x \in \, ]2\,;\,+\infty[ \, \longmapsto f(x) = \sqrt{x^2-1}.

Correction
On a :
f′(x)=(x2−1)′=(x2−1)′2x2−1=(x2)′2x2−1=2x2x2−1f'(x) = \left(\sqrt{x^2-1}\right)' = \dfrac{(x^2-1)'}{2\sqrt{x^2-1}} = \dfrac{(x^2)'}{2\sqrt{x^2-1}} = \dfrac{2x}{2\sqrt{x^2-1}}
Finalement, on trouve que :
f′(x)=xx2−1{\color{red}{\boxed{ f'(x) = \dfrac{x}{\sqrt{x^2-1}} }}}
Question 2

Soit x∈R ⟼f(x)=ln⁡(x2+1x4+1)x \in \mathbb{R} \, \longmapsto f(x) = \ln\left( \dfrac{x^2+1}{x^4+1} \right).

Correction
On a :
f(x)=ln⁡(x2+1x4+1)=ln⁡(x2+1)−ln⁡(x4+1)f(x) = \ln\left( \dfrac{x^2+1}{x^4+1} \right) = \ln(x^2+1) - \ln(x^4+1)
Donc :
f′(x)=(ln⁡(x2+1)−ln⁡(x4+1))′=(ln⁡(x2+1))′−(ln⁡(x4+1))′f'(x) = \left(\ln(x^2+1) - \ln(x^4+1)\right)' = \left(\ln(x^2+1)\right)' - \left(\ln(x^4+1)\right)'
Soit :
f′(x)=(x2+1)′x2+1−(x4+1)′x4+1=(x2)′x2+1−(x4)′x4+1=2xx2+1−4x3x4+1=2x(1x2+1−2x2x4+1)f'(x) = \dfrac{(x^2+1)'}{x^2+1} - \dfrac{(x^4+1)'}{x^4+1} = \dfrac{(x^2)'}{x^2+1} - \dfrac{(x^4)'}{x^4+1} = \dfrac{2x}{x^2+1} - \dfrac{4x^3}{x^4+1} = 2x \left( \dfrac{1}{x^2+1} - \dfrac{2x^2}{x^4+1} \right)
En réduisant au même dénominateur, on obtient :
f′(x)=2x(x4+1−2x2(x2+1)(x2+1)(x4+1))=2x(x4+1−2x4−2x2(x2+1)(x4+1))=2x(−x4+1−2x2(x2+1)(x4+1))f'(x) = 2x \left( \dfrac{x^4+1 - 2x^2(x^2+1)}{(x^2+1)(x^4+1)} \right) = 2x \left( \dfrac{x^4+1 - 2x^4 - 2x^2}{(x^2+1)(x^4+1)} \right) = 2x \left( \dfrac{-x^4 + 1 - 2x^2}{(x^2+1)(x^4+1)} \right)
Finalement, on trouve que :
f′(x)=−2x(x4+2x2−1)(x2+1)(x4+1){\color{red}{\boxed{ f'(x) = - \dfrac{2x\left(x^4 + 2x^2 - 1\right)}{(x^2+1)(x^4+1)} }}}
Question 3

Soit x∈R ⟼f(x)=3xsin⁡(4x2+1)x \in \mathbb{R} \, \longmapsto f(x) = 3x\sin(4x^2+1).

Correction
On a :
f′(x)=(3xsin⁡(4x2+1))′=3×(xsin⁡(4x2+1))′f'(x) = \left(3x\sin(4x^2+1)\right)' = 3 \times \left(x\sin(4x^2+1)\right)'
Soit :
f′(x)=3×(x′sin⁡(4x2+1)+x(sin⁡(4x2+1))′)f'(x) = 3 \times \left(x'\sin(4x^2+1) + x \left( \sin(4x^2+1) \right)'\right)
Ainsi :
f′(x)=3×(1sin⁡(4x2+1)+x(4x2+1)′sin⁡′(4x2+1))f'(x) = 3 \times \left(1\sin(4x^2+1) + x (4x^2+1)' \sin'(4x^2+1) \right)
Donc :
f′(x)=3×(sin⁡(4x2+1)+x×8x×cos⁡(4x2+1))f'(x) = 3 \times \left(\sin(4x^2+1) + x \times 8x \times \cos(4x^2+1) \right)
On obtient donc :
f′(x)=3×(sin⁡(4x2+1)+8x2cos⁡(4x2+1))f'(x) = 3 \times \left(\sin(4x^2+1) + 8x^2 \cos(4x^2+1) \right)
Finalement :
f′(x)=3(8x2cos⁡(4x2+1)+sin⁡(4x2+1)){\color{red}{\boxed{ f'(x) = 3 \left( 8x^2 \cos(4x^2+1) + \sin(4x^2+1) \right) }}}
Question 4

Soit x∈R⋆ ⟼f(x)=1x2e−1xx \in \mathbb{R}^\star \, \longmapsto f(x) = \frac{1}{x^2}e^{-\frac{1}{x}}.

Correction
On a :
f′(x)=(1x2e−1x)′=(1x2)′e−1x+1x2(e−1x)′f'(x) = \left( \frac{1}{x^2}e^{-\frac{1}{x}} \right)' = \left( \frac{1}{x^2} \right)'e^{-\frac{1}{x}} + \frac{1}{x^2} \left(e^{-\frac{1}{x}} \right)'
Soit :
f′(x)=−2x3e−1x+1x2×(−1x)′e−1xf'(x) = -\frac{2}{x^3}e^{-\frac{1}{x}} + \frac{1}{x^2} \times \left( -\frac{1}{x} \right)' e^{-\frac{1}{x}}
Ainsi :
f′(x)=−2x3e−1x+1x2×1x2e−1xf'(x) = -\frac{2}{x^3}e^{-\frac{1}{x}} + \frac{1}{x^2} \times \frac{1}{x^2} e^{-\frac{1}{x}}
Ce qui nous donne :
f′(x)=−2x3e−1x+1x4e−1xf'(x) = -\frac{2}{x^3}e^{-\frac{1}{x}} + \frac{1}{x^4} e^{-\frac{1}{x}}
Soit encore :
f′(x)=−2xx4e−1x+1x4e−1xf'(x) = -\frac{2x}{x^4}e^{-\frac{1}{x}} + \frac{1}{x^4} e^{-\frac{1}{x}}
En factorisant :
f′(x)=(−2x+1x4)e−1xf'(x) = \left(\frac{-2x+1}{x^4} \right) e^{-\frac{1}{x}}
Finalement :
f′(x)=−(2x−1x4)e−1x{\color{red}{\boxed{ f'(x) = -\left(\frac{2x-1}{x^4} \right) e^{-\frac{1}{x}} }}}
Question 5

Soit x∈]0;π2[ ⟼f(x)=25+tan(x) x \in \left]0;\frac{\pi}{2}\right[ \, \longmapsto f\left(x\right)=\frac{2}{\sqrt{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}}.

Correction
On rappelle que, pour tout réel x∈]0;π2[x \in \left]0;\frac{\pi}{2}\right[, on a : (tan(x))′=1+tan2(x)=1cos2(x)\left(\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\right)'=1+\mathrm{tan}^2 \left(x\right)=\frac{1}{\mathrm{cos}^2 \left(x\right)}.
Ainsi :
f′(x)=2×−(5+tan(x) )′(5+tan(x) )2f'\left(x\right)=2\times\frac{-\left(\sqrt{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}\right)'}{\left(\sqrt{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}\right)^2}
f′(x)=−2×1+tan2(x) 25+tan(x) 5+tan(x) f'\left(x\right)=-2\times \frac{\frac{1+{\mathrm{tan}^2 \left(x\right)\ }}{2\sqrt{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}}}{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}
Ainsi :
f′(x)=−1−tan⁡2(x)(5+tan(x) )5+tan(x) f'\left(x\right)=\frac{-1-\tan^2(x)}{\left({\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }\right)\sqrt{{\mathrm{5}\mathrm{+}\mathrm{tan} \left(x\right)\ }}}
Question 6

Soit x∈]0;+∞[ ⟼f(x)=2+3+5xx \in \left]0;+\infty\right[ \, \longmapsto f\left(x\right)=\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}} .

Correction
ff est dérivable sur ]0;+∞[\left]0;+\infty\right[ .
f(x)=2+3+5xf\left(x\right)=\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}} . Il vient alors que :
f′(x)=(2+3+5x)′22+3+5xf'\left(x\right)=\frac{{\left(2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}\right)}'}{2\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}
f′(x)=525x23+5x22+3+5xf'\left(x\right)=\frac{\frac{\frac{5}{2\sqrt{5x}}}{2\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}{2\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}
f′(x)=545x3+5x22+3+5xf'\left(x\right)=\frac{\frac{5}{4\sqrt{5x}\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}{2\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}
Ainsi :
f′(x)=585x3+5x2+3+5xf'\left(x\right)=\frac{5}{8\sqrt{5x}\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3+\sqrt{5x}}}}

Question 7

Soit x∈]0;+∞[ ⟼f(x)=cos(ln(x) x) x \in \left]0;+\infty\right[ \, \longmapsto f\left(x\right)={\mathrm{cos} \left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)\ } .

Correction
ff est dérivable sur ]0;+∞[\left]0;+\infty\right[ .
f(x)=cos(ln(x) x) f\left(x\right)={\mathrm{cos} \left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)\ }
On a :
f′(x)=−(ln(x) x)′sin(ln(x) x) f'\left(x\right)=-\left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)'{\mathrm{sin} \left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)\ }
f′(x)=−(1x×x−ln(x) ×1x2)sin(ln(x) x) f'\left(x\right)=-\left(\frac{\frac{1}{x}\times x-{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }\times 1}{x^2}\right){\mathrm{sin} \left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)\ }
Ainsi :
f′(x)=(ln(x) −1x2)sin(ln(x) x) f'\left(x\right)=\left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }-1}{x^2}\right){\mathrm{sin} \left(\frac{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}{x}\right)\ }

Question 8

Soit x∈]0;+∞[ ⟼f(x)=xxx \in \left]0;+\infty\right[ \, \longmapsto f\left(x\right)=x^x .

Correction
ff est dérivable sur ]0;+∞[\left]0;+\infty\right[ .
Soit f(x)=xxf\left(x\right)=x^x . Pour ce type de dérivée, si vous rencontrez des dérivées avec des puissances de xx, il faut passer par les exponentielles et les logarithmes.
il vient alors que :
f(x)=eln(xx) f\left(x\right)=e^{{\mathrm{ln} \left(x^x\right)\ }}
f(x)=exln(x) f\left(x\right)=e^{x{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}
Nous pouvons maintenant calculer la dérivée de ff.
f′(x)=(xln(x) )′exln(x) f'\left(x\right)=\left(x{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }\right)'e^{x{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}
f′(x)=(1×ln(x)+x×1x )exln(x) f'\left(x\right)=\left(1\times {\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)+x\times \frac{1}{x}\ }\right)e^{x{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}
Ainsi :
f′(x)=(ln(x)+1 )exln(x) f'\left(x\right)=\left({\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)+1\ }\right)e^{x{\mathrm{ln} \left(x\right)\ }}
