In=∫0πe−nxsin⁡(x)dxI_n=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x et Jn=∫0πe−nxcos⁡(x)dx. J_n=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \cos (x) \mathrm{d} x .
Question 1

Calculer I0I_0.

Correction
I0=∫0πe−0×xsin⁡(x)dxI_0=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-0\times x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
I0=∫0πe0×sin⁡(x)dxI_0=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{0} \times\sin (x) \mathrm{d} x . Or e0=1\mathrm{e}^{0}=1 . On obtient :
I0=∫0πsin⁡(x)dxI_0=\int_0^\pi \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
Donc :
I0=[−cos⁡(x)]0πI_0=[-\cos (x)]_0^\pi
I0=−cos⁡(π)+cos⁡(0)I_0=-\cos (\pi)+\cos (0)
I0=−(−1)+1I_0=-(-1)+1
Finalement :
I0=2I_0=2
Question 2

Correction
  • Si f(x)≥0f\left(x\right)\ge 0 sur [a;b]\left[a;b\right] alors ∫abf(x)dx≥0\int _{a}^{b}f\left(x\right) dx\ge 0
Finalement :
In≥0I_{n} \ge 0

Question 3

Montrer que, pour tout entier naturel nn, on a In+1−In⩽0I_{n+1}-I_n \leqslant 0.

Correction
Commencons par écrire et simplifier In+1I_{n+1}.
In+1=∫0πe−(n+1)×xsin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-\left(n+1\right)\times x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
In+1=∫0πe−(nx+x)sin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-\left(nx+x\right)} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
In+1=∫0πe−nx−xsin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-nx-x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
In+1=∫0πe−nxe−xsin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}=\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-nx}\mathrm{e}^{-x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
Ainsi :
In+1−In=∫0πe−nxe−xsin⁡(x)dx−∫0πe−nxsin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}-I_n =\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-nx}\mathrm{e}^{-x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x-\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x
D'après la linéarité de l'intégrale :
In+1−In=∫0πe−nxe−xsin⁡(x)dx−e−nxsin⁡(x)dxI_{n+1}-I_n =\int_0^\pi {\color{blue}{\mathrm{e}^{-n x} }}\mathrm{e}^{-x} {\color{blue}{ \sin (x)}}\mathrm{d} x-{\color{blue}{\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x)}} dx
In+1−In=∫0πe−nxsin⁡(x)(e−x−1)dxI_{n+1}-I_n =\int_0^\pi {\color{blue}{\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x)}}\left(\mathrm{e}^{-x}-1\right) dx
e−x≥1\mathrm{e}^{-x} \ge 1
e−x≥e0\mathrm{e}^{-x} \ge \mathrm{e}^{0}
On peut conclure que si x∈[0,π]x\in \left[0, \pi\right], on a : e−nxsin⁡(x)(e−x−1)≤0{\color{blue}{\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x)}}\left(\mathrm{e}^{-x}-1\right)\le 0
  • Si f(x)≤0f\left(x\right)\le 0 sur [a;b]\left[a;b\right] alors ∫abf(x)dx≤0\int _{a}^{b}f\left(x\right) dx\le 0
Il en résulte donc que :
∫0πe−nxsin⁡(x)(e−x−1)dx≤0\int_0^\pi {\color{blue}{\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x)}}\left(\mathrm{e}^{-x}-1\right) dx\le 0
Autrement dit :
In+1−In≤0I_{n+1}-I_n\le 0 .
La suite (In)\left(I_{n} \right) est décroissante.
Question 4

Déduire des deux questions précédentes que la suite (In)\left(I_n\right) converge.

Correction
Question 5

Montrer que, pour tout entier naturel nn, on a : In⩽∫0πe−nx dx.I_n \leqslant \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x .

Correction
sin⁡(x)×e−nx⩽1×e−nx \sin (x)\times\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \leqslant 1\times\mathrm{e}^{-n x}
sin⁡(x)e−nx⩽e−nx\sin (x)\mathrm{e}^{-n x} \leqslant \mathrm{e}^{-n x}
Intégration d'une inégalité :
Si f≤gf\le g sur [a;b]\left[a;b\right] alors ∫abf(x)dx≤∫abg(x)dx\int _{a}^{b}f\left(x\right) dx\le \int _{a}^{b}g\left(x\right) dx
Ainsi :
∫0πe−nxsin⁡(x)dx⩽∫0πe−nx dx\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \sin (x) \mathrm{d} x \leqslant\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x
Autrement dit :
In⩽∫0πe−nx dxI_n \leqslant \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x

Question 6

∫0πe−nx dx=1−e−nπn.\int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=\frac{1-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n} .

Correction
  • Une primitive de nombre×eax\text{nombre}\times e^{{\color{red}{a}}x} est nombrea×eax\frac{\text{nombre}}{{\color{red}{a}}}\times e^{{\color{red}{a}}x}
  •  Une primitive de e−nxest1−ne−nx, donc pour n⩾1, \text { Une primitive de } \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{est} \frac{1}{-n} \mathrm{e}^{-n x}, \text { donc pour } n \geqslant 1,
    ∫0πe−nx dx=[1−ne−nx]0π \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=\left[\frac{1}{-n} \mathrm{e}^{-n x}\right]_0^\pi
    ∫0πe−nx dx=[−1ne−nx]0π \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=\left[-\frac{1}{n} \mathrm{e}^{-n x}\right]_0^\pi
    ∫0πe−nx dx=−1ne−n×π−(−1ne−n×0) \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{-n\times \pi}-\left(-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{-n\times 0}\right)
    ∫0πe−nx dx=−1ne−n×π−(−1ne0) \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{-n\times \pi}-\left(-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{0}\right)
    ∫0πe−nx dx=−1ne−n×π−(−1n) \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{-n\times \pi}-\left(-\frac{1}{n}\right)
    ∫0πe−nx dx=−1ne−n×π+1n \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=-\frac{1}{n}\mathrm{e}^{-n\times \pi}+\frac{1}{n}
    ∫0πe−nx dx=1n×(−e−nπ+1) \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=\frac{1}{n}\times\left(-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}+1\right)
    Finalement :
    ∫0πe−nx dx=1−e−nπn \int_0^\pi \mathrm{e}^{-n x} \mathrm{~d} x=\frac{1-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n}
    Question 7

    Déduire des deux questions précédentes la limite de la suite (In)\left(I_n\right).

    Correction
    D'après la question 22 nous savons que, pour tout entier naturel nn, on a In⩾0I_n \geqslant 0.
    D'après les question 55 et 66 nous savons que, pour tout entier naturel nn, on a In⩽1−e−nπnI_n \leqslant \frac{1-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n} .
    Il en résulte donc que, pour tout entier naturel nn, on a :
    0≤In≤1−e−nπn0\le I_n \le\frac{1-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n}
    Or :
    lim⁡n→+∞1−e−nπn=0\lim _{n \rightarrow+\infty} \frac{1-\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n}=0 et lim⁡n→+∞0=0\lim _{n \rightarrow+\infty}0 =0
    Donc d'après le théroème des gendarmes :
    lim⁡n→+∞In=0\lim _{n \rightarrow+\infty} I_n =0

    Question 8

    En intégrant par parties l'intégrale InI_n de deux façons différentes, établir les deux relations suivantes, pour tout entier naturel n⩾1n \geqslant 1 :
    In=1+e−nπ−nJn et In=1nJnI_n=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}-n J_n \quad \text { et } \quad I_n=\frac{1}{n} J_n

    Correction
      Formule d’inteˊgration par parties\red{\text{Formule d'intégration par parties}}
    u\color{blue}{u} et v\color{green}{v} sont deux fonctions dérivables sur un intervalle II dont leurs dérivées u′\color{red}{u'} et v′\color{purple}{v'} sont continues sur II.
    Pour tous réels aa et bb de II, nous avons alors :

    Pour obtenir la deuxième relation :

    Ainsi :

    Pour obtenir la première relation :
    Pour tout réel xx de I=[0;π]I=\left[0;\pi\right], on pose :

    Question 9

    En déduire que, pour tout entier naturel n⩾1n \geqslant 1, on a In=1+e−nπn2+1I_n=\frac{1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n^2+1} .

    Correction
    Nous avons montrer que pour tout entier naturel n⩾1n \geqslant 1 :
    In=1+e−nπ−nJn et In=1nJnI_n=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}-n J_n \quad \text { et } \quad I_n=\frac{1}{n} J_n
    Nous allons substituer dans la première expression InI_n par 1nJn\frac{1}{n} J_n car In=1nJnI_n=\frac{1}{n} J_n.
    On a alors :
    1nJn=1+e−nπ−nJn1nJn+nJn=1+e−nπJn(1n+n)=1+e−nπJn(1+n2n)=1+e−nπ\begin{aligned} & \frac{1}{n} J_n=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}-n J_n \\ & \frac{1}{n} J_n+n J_n=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi} \\ & J_n\left(\frac{1}{n}+n\right)=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi} \\ & J_n\left(\frac{1+n^2}{n}\right)=1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}\end{aligned}
    Jn=1+e−nπ(1+n2n)J_n=\frac{1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{\left(\dfrac{1+n^2}{n}\right)}
    Jn=(1+e−nπ)×n1+n2J_n=\left(1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}\right)\times \frac{n}{1+n^2}
    Ainsi :
    Jn=n(1+e−nπ)1+n2J_n=\frac{n\left(1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}\right)}{1+n^2}

    Comme In=1nJnI_n=\frac{1}{n} J_n alors In=1n×(n(1+e−nπ)1+n2)I_n=\frac{1}{n} \times\left(\frac{n\left(1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}\right)}{1+n^2}\right)
    Finalement :
    In=1+e−nπn2+1I_n=\frac{1+\mathrm{e}^{-n \pi}}{n^2+1}
